We Can Compare Starting The Journey To Spirituality Like Getting Off The Couch To Start Exercising
If you have not been in the habit of doing something that takes an effort; take one baby step at a time.I told this to someone who weighed 500 pounds, by trying just 5 steps each day. Then increasing a step after a week or few days.
When we meditate for just a minute or less and try to increase that time a few seconds when we feel the "flow" our Spirituality will surely grow!
Feel free to share the beginning of your spiritual journey. Mine started at the altar on my wedding day!
